As the products are handmade, it is likely that batches may vary slightly! Within 2-5 working days, we’ll have your parcel on its way.

How to use our e-shop?

1. Go to www.northbeauty.ee to shop online;
2. Select the product you want and specify the quantity.
3. Then place the product in the shopping cart by clicking on the button in the top right corner, next to the search button.
4. You can then continue shopping or view the contents of your shopping cart.
5. To view your shopping cart, click on the “shopping cart” icon in the top right corner of the page.
6. The shopping cart allows you to add, delete and change the quantity of products.
7. To order products, press the “PAY” button.
8. You can choose the delivery method you prefer in the shopping cart or at checkout.
9. We will process your order as soon as we receive your payment!

REFUND

• If you purchase from www.northbeauty.ee e-shop, the goods are subject to the warranty and return policy provided for in the laws of the Republic of Estonia. A 14-day right of return applies to the purchased goods from the date of receipt, in accordance with § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act.
• In order to exercise the right of return, the consumer must submit a request to www.northbeauty.ee at info@northbeauty.ee, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
• Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. The envelope must not be removed.
• NB! All returned products are the responsibility of the customer as long as they have arrived at the North Beauty warehouse. Make sure that everything is packed correctly and that there is no risk of the product being damaged in transit.
• The return of the goods is at the expense of the customer, unless the reason for the return is non-conformity with the order or defective goods.
• North Beauty will refund the money within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice.
• NB! Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be verified will not be returned.
